Your account

Logging in

Type your email and we'll send a 6-digit code. There's no password to remember, unless you want one. You can also log in with Google. New here? Use the same box: we'll set up your account in seconds.

Add a password

A password is optional. Go to Settings → Security and choose Set password. Then on the login page, choose Log in with a password instead. You can always log in with an email code too.

Change your password

Go to Settings → Security and choose Change password. Type your current password, then your new one. Passwords need at least 8 characters.

Forgot your password?

• Can't log in: on the login page, choose Forgot password? and log in with an email code instead. You don't need your password for that.
• Already logged in: go to Settings → Security, choose Change password, then Forgot your password?. We'll email you a 6-digit code. Enter it with your new password, and you're done.

Remove your password

Go to Settings → Security and choose Remove. To keep your account safe, you'll need to type your current password first. After that, you'll log in with an email code. Forgotten it? Reset it first (see above), then remove it.

Your name and photo

In Settings → Profile you can change your name (it's shown to people answering your polls) and add a photo.

Change your email address

Go to Settings → Profile and choose Change email. We'll send a 6-digit code to the new address to make sure it's yours. Once you enter it, you'll log in with the new address from then on.

Preferences

In Settings → Preferences you can set your time zone, 12 or 24-hour time, which day your week starts on (any day you like), and light or dark mode.

Logged in somewhere you shouldn't be?

Go to Settings → Security and choose Log out everywhere.

Delete your account

Go to Settings → Profile and choose Delete account. This removes your account and all your polls for good.
