Getting started
WhenLoop in two minutes
What it does and how it works.
The short version
WhenLoop gets a group to agree on a date without the endless “what about Tuesday?” messages.
You pick a few times that could work and send one link. Everyone taps their answers, and WhenLoop shows you which time suits the most people. Then you lock it in and everyone gets the date.
Step 1
Pick some times
Tap the dates and times that could work.
Step 2
Send one link
Drop it in the group chat. No sign-up to answer.
Step 3
Lock it in
See the best time and let everyone know.
Yes, maybe or no
For each time, guests choose one of three answers:
Yes
I can make it
Maybe
If I move things around
No
I can't do this one
A maybe counts towards a time's score, just like a yes, so the best time rises to the top. Hosts can switch a poll to plain yes or no if they prefer.
Do I need an account?
No. You can start a poll as a guest. It's saved in the browser you used, so you can manage it as long as you stay on that browser and don't clear your cookies.
A free account lets you manage your polls from any device, keeps them all in one dashboard, and emails you when people answer. Sign up after making polls as a guest and we'll move them into your account automatically.
People answering your poll never need an account.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Unlimited polls, unlimited guests, and every feature. We're working on an optional WhenLoop Pro for heavy users, and you can join the waitlist to hear first.
