Automatic
Everyone sees each time in their own time zone, worked out from their device. An 18:00 plan in London shows as 13:00 for a friend in New York.

Keep one time zone
If you're all meeting in one place, the host can turn on Keep one time zone when making the poll. Everyone then sees the times exactly as they were entered, with a small lock next to the time zone.
Whole days
All-day options are dates rather than times, so they look the same everywhere.
