Lock in a date
Pick the winner and let everyone know.
Lock it in
Open your poll and choose Manage → Lock in a date. The most popular times are at the top. Choose one and tap Lock it in.
Tell everyone
Leave Email everyone the date ticked and anyone who left an email gets the details, with links to add it to their calendar.
Add it to your calendar
Once a date is locked in, everyone who opens the poll sees it at the top, with an Add to calendar button for Google Calendar, Outlook.com or a calendar file (.ics) for Apple Calendar and others.

Choose Manage → Reopen poll to unlock the date and collect answers again.
