The questions we hear most.
Do guests need an account?
No. Anyone with the link can answer. They just add their name (and email, if the host has asked for it).
Can guests change their answers?
Yes. While the poll is open, they can open the same link on the same device and tap Change my answers. The host can also change or remove anyone's answers.
Are there any limits?
No. Make as many polls as you like, with as many guests and times as you like.
I made a poll as a guest and can't find it
Guest polls live in the browser you made them in. Open your host link (it contains /poll/) in that same browser. Next time, sign up free first and your polls will be saved to your account, on every device.
Is there an app?
WhenLoop works in any web browser on your phone, tablet or computer, so there's nothing to download. On a phone you can add it to your home screen: in Safari tap Share → Add to Home Screen, or in Chrome tap ⋮ → Add to Home screen.
Can I use light mode?
Yes. The app uses dark mode to start with. Switch to light (or match your device) from your profile picture menu under Theme, or in Settings → Preferences.
