Answering a poll

Answering a poll

Got a WhenLoop link? Here's what to do.

On your phone

Open the link. Each date and time has its own row with three buttons: Yes, Maybe and No. Tap one for each time. The one you pick lights up, and a counter at the bottom shows how many you've done.

Try it: tap an answer for each time.

When you're done, tap Next, add your name, then Send my answers.

On a computer or tablet

You'll see everyone's answers in a table. In the Your answers row, click a time to switch between yes, maybe and no. Then click Next, add your name and send.

Your email (optional)

You can leave your email so the host can let you know the final date, with a calendar invite. Some hosts make it required. It's only ever shown to the host.

Leave a note

Tap Leave a note for the host before sending to add something like “I'll be 15 minutes late on the Tuesday”. Only the host can see it.

Can't make any of them?

Tap I can't make any. It marks every time as a no, so the host knows not to wait for you.

Changing your answers

Open the same link on the same device and tap Change my answers. We remember you on that device, so there's nothing to log in to. On another device, ask the host to update them for you.

See who can make it

Once you've answered, tap any time (on a phone) to see who said yes, maybe or no. The most popular times are marked Top pick. If the host has turned on no-peeking mode, you'll only see other answers after sending yours.
