I didn't get a code
- Codes usually arrive within a minute. Check your spam or junk folder, and the Promotions tab in Gmail.
- Make sure the email address is spelled correctly. Emails come from hello@whenloop.com.
- Still nothing? Go back and tap Continue with email again to get a new code.
My code doesn't work
Codes last 15 minutes and only the newest one works. After a few wrong tries, you'll need a new code. Request a fresh one and use it straight away.
I forgot my password
On the login page, choose Forgot password? and log in with an email code. Then set a new password in Settings → Security. More about passwords.
It says to wait a few minutes
To keep accounts safe, we limit how many codes and password attempts you can make in a short time. Wait 15 minutes and try again.
