“Is that 6pm my time or yours?” is one of the most common questions in any group that spans more than one country. WhenLoop answers it for you.

Times convert automatically

When you pick times for a poll, WhenLoop remembers which time zone you picked them in. Everyone who opens the link sees those times in their own time zone, worked out automatically from their device.

Guests can also switch the time zone themselves using the picker above the answers, which is handy if they're travelling.

Keeping one time zone

Organising something that happens in one place, like a dinner, a match or an office day? Turn on Keep one time zone when you create the poll, and everyone sees the times exactly as you set them.

All-day options

All-day options are never converted. A Saturday is a Saturday wherever you are.
